  • 2012

    Eval Wari, together with two partners, established PT Ekagranta Karuna Manajemen as the legal entity of Leadership Resources in Indonesia.

  • Early 2014

    In early 2015, Leadership Resources Indonesia was entrusted by a leading Logistics and Forwarding company to serve as a Business Advisory for two years, guiding the organization toward sustainable growth and preparation for listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This engagement included comprehensive support in Human Capital Development through Executive Coaching for the Board of Directors and Senior Managers, as well as financial advisory to strengthen the company’s readiness for its IPO journey.

  • 2021

    In 2021, the legal entity of Leadership Resources was renamed from PT Ekagranta Karuna Manajemen to PT Leadership Resources Indonesia, reinforcing the strength and clarity of the “Leadership Resources” brand..

  • 2025

    In 2025, PT Leadership Resources Indonesia began developing its own Learning Management System (LMS) and launched the Advanced Applied Coaching Certification program, designed in alignment with the standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Indonesia’s National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP). .
