Muchlis Alimin
Prior to establishing Leadership Resources, Muchlis held senior roles including Senior Facilitator and Consultant at Dunamis Organization Services and Iradat Konsultan, Senior Manager of Learning and Development Asia Pacific at Standard Chartered Bank, and Assistant Director for Marketing and External Affairs at IPMI Business School.
His global facilitation experience spans 14 countries across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, designing and delivering leadership, performance management, and team-building programs for multinational corporations, financial institutions, and government organizations. In Indonesia, he has facilitated leadership programs for leading institutions such as BEJ, BES, KSEI, KPEI, Bank BNI, Lippo-AIG Insurance, KPK, Santos, USAID, Suzuki Finance, Indomobil, PwC, and DHL.
Muchlis holds advanced degrees in Journalism (University of Missouri, USA) and Human Resource Development (University of Manchester, UK), alongside undergraduate studies in Political Science (Parsons College, USA) and a Bachelor of Law (University of Indonesia).
Imam Munadi
Imam has facilitated leadership and management programs for over 200 major companies in Indonesia, and serves as Lead Facilitator for competency development programs in state-owned enterprises (BUMN) at the BoD-1 and BoD-2 levels. His work has supported organizations such as PT Bukit Asam, Brantas Abipraya, IndonesiaRE, Holding Perkebunan Nusantara, and Inalum.
He is also the co-author of the best-selling book “Fight Like a Tiger, Win Like a Champion”, a landmark publication in leadership and personal development that has been reprinted more than 35 times since its release in 2006.
Throughout his career, Imam has held senior leadership roles, including General Manager and later Director of Business Development, where he successfully led and coordinated more than 700 business leaders. His facilitation style is recognized for being easy, enjoyable, and engaging—helping participants learn without tension or pressure.
Sulistio
He began his career at PT Bank Mandiri, Tbk, serving in multiple roles including IT Staff, Customer Service Officer, Service Quality Officer, and later Manager of Electronic Channels (ATM Coordinator). After his tenure at Bank Mandiri, he joined Dunamis Intermaster, where he spent 6 years deepening his expertise in organizational development and facilitation.
Currently, Sulistio also contributes as an Associate Coach at Loop Institute of Coaching and collaborates with Sandler Training Indonesia, expanding his reach in leadership and performance coaching.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Management from Universitas Budi Luhur, Jakarta and a Master’s degree from Universitas Mercu Buana.

Heri began his career at PT Garuda Indonesia, where he dedicated approximately 18 years before transitioning into the world of training, consulting, and coaching. His corporate background provides him with a strong foundation in service quality and organizational development.
