Leadership That Turns Insight into Impact

Eval Wari is an Executive Leadership & Strategy Execution Coach with more than twenty years of experience in coaching, consulting, training and human capital management. His work sits where leadership development meets business strategy: helping leaders see their situation clearly, choose deliberately, and carry those choices through to results.

He has supported state-owned enterprises, multinational companies and government institutions on leadership, strategy execution and organizational culture. One practical question runs through those engagements: what has to change in how leaders think and act for the strategy to move?

As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Eval brings a disciplined coaching practice to that question and pairs it with established methods for turning intent into execution.

From Data to Leadership

Eval’s career began with data. He studied Statistics at IPB University and started as a statistician and data analyst before moving into business advisory at Permodalan Nasional Madani. That analytical foundation still shapes how he approaches leadership questions: look at the evidence, then decide what to do.

Nine years as a professional coach and consultant with FranklinCovey and Dunamis Organization Services (2002–2011) turned that focus toward people and execution. Alongside leadership programs, he worked on 4DX implementation and Execution Quotient assessments with organizations such as Bank Mandiri, Astra International and Garuda Indonesia.

He then worked on both sides of the table: as Head of Corporate Learning & Development at APP Group, partner and senior consultant at MY Consulting, HR Technical Advisor at PT Dewata Freight International Tbk, and Human Capital Director at Priangan Investindo Group. Leading from inside organizations showed him how people decisions, performance and strategy interact.

Since 2017 his work has centered on executive coaching and strategy execution as Leadership & Executive Coach at Leadership Resources Indonesia.

Data → Business → People → Leadership → Execution → Impact

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from IPB University and studied Business Administration, Management & Operations at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya. The combination connects analytical thinking, human development and business execution. That is why his coaching stays anchored in both the person and the business.

A Coach with a Business Mindset

Executives rarely face a purely personal question. Their decisions land inside a business system of people, strategy, stakeholders, targets and organizational complexity. Eval’s coaching keeps both in view: the person, and the business context around them.

Coaching with Eval is a thinking partnership. Leaders bring the questions that matter: a difficult decision, a team that is not yet aligned, a move into a bigger role, a conversation they have been avoiding, a strategy that is not yet turning into results. The process gives them room to pause, think, explore, choose, act, learn and grow.

  • Strategic thinking and decision-making
  • Executive presence and influence
  • Difficult conversations
  • Leading senior teams
  • Leadership transitions
  • Accountability and performance
  • Personal growth in role

The conversation is confidential, professional and focused on leadership and results.

Insight → Action → Impact

Insight is where coaching begins, not where it ends. A leader who understands a pattern has gained something, but the value arrives only when that understanding becomes a choice, then behavior, then execution, then learning.

Awareness → Insight → Choice → Action → Execution → Learning → Impact

That is why Eval’s coaching stays close to what happens next: what will you do differently, and how will you know it is working?

Methods He Uses

Eval draws on neuroscience-based coaching and on established execution and performance methods: the Balanced Scorecard, Objectives & Key Results (OKR) and the 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX), alongside leadership development and organizational development practice. These are methods he uses and has applied in client work. They are distinct from Leadership Resources’ proprietary frameworks.

Leadership, Coaching and Execution

Eval writes and teaches as a practitioner. His ideas center on how leaders execute, how powerful questions open better coaching conversations, how leadership behavior drives strategy, and how coaching can become part of an organization’s culture.

LEADX®, LxQ™ and the Business Impact Coaching Model

At Leadership Resources Indonesia, Eval’s practice connects to a proprietary body of frameworks: LEADX® (Leadership Execution Operating System™), LxQ™ (Leadership Execution Quotient™) and the LEADX Business Impact Coaching Model™. The thread that runs through them is a single line of thinking: Leadership, Strategy, Execution, Coaching, Performance and Business Impact.

Better Leaders. Stronger Teams. Better Execution. Greater Impact.

Leadership is not only knowing what to do. It is thinking clearly, making intentional choices, building trust, taking ownership, executing consistently, learning continuously, and creating impact that others can see.

Eval’s role is to create the space for that: a place where leaders can pause, reflect, question their assumptions, discover possibilities, make courageous choices, take ownership and move forward.

Begin with a conversation

Leadership becomes meaningful when it changes what becomes possible for people, teams and organizations. If you are navigating a significant leadership challenge, preparing for a bigger role, or seeking to translate strategy into stronger execution, Eval’s work begins with a conversation.
